Small changes possible for a small server?

I like the relaxed pace of this server there's no over the top nonsense its very much like clasic retail minus the population. Because of such a small population can we get
-Extra 2 professions per character?
-Transmog vendor at guild house?
-a vendor at guild house to purchance pvp tokens both normal and arena, with gold ?
Just curiouse ty great server having a a ms of 3-30 is awesome
