What We Collect
When you register, Azure Outback stores your account name, email address, and the authentication data needed for game login. Plain text passwords are not intentionally stored. The realm also stores normal gameplay data, including characters, items, progress, currency, mail, chat-related records, support tickets, and account activity.Website and Server Logs
The website and game services may record IP addresses, browser details, login attempts, session activity, vote activity, donation activity, and other technical logs. This is used for account security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and realm administration.Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. It may also use basic internal analytics to understand page visits and site usage. Azure Outback does not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.Donations and Payments
If you donate through PayPal, payment processing is handled by PayPal. Azure Outback stores donation records such as account ID, payment status, amount, currency, donation points credited, and PayPal order references. Payment card or bank details are not stored by Azure Outback.What We Share
Azure Outback does not sell or rent your personal data. Some information is visible to other players as part of normal gameplay or community features, such as character names, class, faction, forum posts, and online activity.Retention and Deletion
Data is kept for as long as the realm operates or as long as needed for administration, security, or records. If you want your account or characters deleted, contact staff. Some records may be retained where needed for abuse prevention, payment records, or technical logs.Security
Azure Outback takes reasonable steps to protect account and website data, including hashed session/reset tokens and restricted database access. No system is perfect, so please use a password that you do not use anywhere else.Changes
